污泥回流偏心螺桿泵,污泥擠壓泵,污泥進(jìn)料螺桿泵選型參數(shù)

G型單螺桿泵因橡膠桶選用多種彈性材料制成，所以這種G型單螺桿泵可以輸送粘度達(dá)到80%流體的輸送和含有硬質(zhì)懸浮顆粒介質(zhì)或含有纖維介質(zhì)的輸送，有一般泵種所不能勝任的特性。其流量與轉(zhuǎn)速成正比，G型單螺桿泵結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，體積小，維修簡便。對介質(zhì)的適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，流量平穩(wěn)，壓力脈動小，自吸能力高。工作溫度可達(dá)120℃，如果需輸送120℃-350℃高溫介質(zhì)，可定做。廣泛用于食品、冶金、造紙、印染、化工、化肥、制藥等工業(yè)部門。

九、軸封和泵部材料組合

P-軟添料密封。結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，有自潤性，適用于重油，化工原料洗滌劑及有雜質(zhì)的介質(zhì)。
p-Soft packing seal, which is simply constructed and self-lubricating, suitable for heavy oil,chemicalraw matericals,detergents asd media with foreign matters.
Q-帶水環(huán)填料密封，外接潤滑液，可調(diào)整，適用于涂料，泥漿等高粘度低滲透性介質(zhì)。
Q-packing seal with water ring .which connextsexternally to lubricant,and is asjustable asd suitable for media with high viscosity and low permeability such as paints and slurry.
V-單端面機(jī)械密封，一般適用于本身有自潤性，不含雜質(zhì)的各種粘度介質(zhì)，如原油，種化工原料等，壽命較長，密封可靠。
V-single end mechanical seal ,normally applying to media with various levels of viscosity which are self-lubricating, free of foreign matters ,such as crude oil ,various chemical raw matericals,it enjoys along lifecycle and reliable seal.
2V-雙端面機(jī)械密封，適用于介質(zhì)本身有自潤性差，有毒，易燃易爆，易揮發(fā)，含有磨耗性顆粒及氣體，要求嚴(yán)格“零泄漏”密封。
2V-double-end mechanical seal suitable for media which are self-lubricating ,toxic ,flammable explosive volatile, and contain abrasive particulates and gases, and require "zero leak"seal.
